Ananas peeling is quite simple. First, cut off the top and the bottom of the ananas, without removing too much "meat", just the tough skin layer. Then, you can place the ananas on the table and start to sequentially cut off the rest of the skin, slicing it from top to bottom. Be sure to remove all the black eyes of skin that easily stick around even after a deeper peeling. Then cut the fruit into four equal pieces (just like cutting a pie, that is you divide the circle into four pieces) and cut off the inner tough core from each piece.
