This information is extremely valuable and free! With our help your cooking skills will reach a new level, and you will become more passionate about preparing food. We hope that this will be the site to which you return over and over to learn more and more! Use the navigation bar above to enter the different sections of chefsclasses.com using the navigation panel on the left. We are more focused on providing quality rather than quantity. The recipes are tested and taste good. Some of them are delicious... This is unlike most other webpages that give you thousands of recipes that are just plain average or worse - untested. Our recipe collection grows continuously, and you can come back frequently to check on any news on chefsclasses.com or subscribe through your own RSS feed. To become a great chef you don't just follow a recipe. You need to understand your ingredients, you need to know how they behave when cooked with different techniques. You need to know which ingredients can be paired together, and which are enemies of each other. Sure, there's a lot to study, but the reward lasts for life and may launch a great career. To help you with that we have both a section devoted entirely to single food ingredients and also a really important section on food science. We also have several guides to things that are usually confusing or hard to comprehend. See for example our guide to wine, that includes simple and concise information on what you need to know to get acquainted and become a wine "professional". It's simpler than you think. Dive in!
